A large part of living a healthy, balanced life is being active and staying fit. I know, I know, you've all heard it a million times before. But sometimes life just gets busy and it gets so hard to motivate yourself to keep going. Suddenly that extra hour of sleep instead of going for a run in the morning seems so appealing...

Trust me, I'm with you there.

Instead of falling victim to the morning lethargy, I decided to make a list of the top 4 things I do every day to keep myself motivated and on track with my morning routine. These aren't huge adjustments to your daily life, and are more about resetting your state of mind so you feel fresh and rejuvenated. Getting your day off to a great start is important. I hope these tips will help make your mornings a little bit more beautiful.
