Recipe: Simply Banana Smoothie

It's easy to get caught up with gourmet recipes and complex ingredient lists, but sometimes it's important to fall back to the basics. This banana smoothie is SO creamy, SO light, and SO delicious, you won't believe how easy it is.


Simply Banana Smoothie

Here's What You'll Need:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1-2 Tbsp Organic Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • Water
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes

Blend 'em all up and there you go! Hemp Seeds are a super yummy way to add loads of protein, Omega-3, iron, zinc, and other important minerals into your diet. If you don't have Hemp Seeds you can make this smoothie with just banana and it will be absolutely divine. Trust me.
