Day 8: Watermelon-Mango-Orange Juice

Ah, the joys of summer. Beach babes, tan lines, long days and...watermelon. I love watermelon. For the health and budget conscious juicers out there, watermelon is an excellent base for juices because you get a tremendous bang for your buck, not to mention it is nutrient-dense and super hydrating. We started this two-week challenge off with 100% watermelon juice infused with fresh mint. Delicious. 

Today, I got a little bit creative in the kitchen and concocted this mouth watering recipe for you to enjoy. This is truly the perfect lounge-by-the-poolside juice. All I need now is a mini umbrella and some polka dot sunnies. 

Welcome to Day 8 of the 14-Day Juice Cleanse Challenge! Just over half way there, and juicing is starting to feel completely second nature. After my little soul-cleansing adventure yesterday, I am feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to jump into week two!

Watermelon-Mango-Orange Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 of a large watermelon, or 1/2 a small one
  • 4 Mangos
  • 4-6 Oranges

This is the fruit ratio I like the most, but feel free to shake things up to suit your personal preferences! The best discoveries in the kitchen come out of closing your cookbook (—but do come back), throwing caution to the wind, and following your heart.
